Miami went to Boston Saturday night and beat the Celtics, 109-103 to take a 2-1 lead in the eastern conference finals.

Bam Adebayo with the “Basketball Digest: The Game I Will Never Forget.” 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists. Do you see the way the big man handles the ball? Kids, work on your dribbling.

PJ Tucker chipped in with 17 and Max Strus had 16.

Victor Oladipo, who did not play in the first half started the third quarter in place of Jimmy Butler who was injured. Oladipo played a very good second half, especially on the defensive end. ABC analyst Jeff Van Gundy said…“Instead of sulking, pouting, ill prepared to play, he’s come in and been a major factor defensively.”

Jaylen Brown led the way for Boston with 40 points.

Boston had 23 turnovers, Miami with 8.

Celtics attempted 30 free-throws, Heat 14.

Game 4 is Monday night.

Tonight is game 3 in the western conference finals. Golden State looking to take a 3-0 lead. 9:00 PM tip.

Congrats to Vince Baldwin. He’s been hired by the New York Knicks as a talent evaluator.

Great quote from Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra on what he learned from Pat Riley.

“Professionalism. Your attention to detail has to be at such a high level that you start to build very good habits early. Commitment to discipline, hard work, those qualities you learn pretty quickly when you work for him.”

Have a positive day…
