Do you look in the mirror when things go wrong and try to find a solution?
Or, do you point your finger and blame others?
How many athletes hold themselves accountable?
How many come out after a loss and take responsibility?
If you want more playing time, are you putting in extra time?
Are you getting more shots up than ever?
Are you lifting? Showing up on time and being coachable?
Next time things go wrong, hold yourself accountable.
