Edwin Torres, a contributor to Yahoo Sports doesn’t like LeBron James flopping. I saw both plays Torres is talking about on Saturday afternoon. The first one was a flop and the second, well he was screened from behind. To me, LeBron is too strong and powerful to be knocked over.
Teresa M. Walker of the Associated Press on the LA Clippers comeback last night against the Grizzlies. I’ll admit, I shut it off when the Grizzlies were in control. But you can never tell what will happen at the end of a game.
Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe on the Celtics lackluster 1st quarter last night in Game 1 against the Hawks. A bigger problem is whether Rajon Rondo will be suspended for game 2. After getting a ‘T’ Rondo bumped the official from behind and was tossed from the game. This is the second time this season Rondo has had a problem with a ref. Earlier in the season the former Kentucky Wildcat threw the ball at the ref and was thrown out of the game.
Jeff Backham of Wired.com on the positions in basketball. Interesting read.
Caulton Tudor of the News Observer on the impact Chris Washburn had at NC State. I always thought this guy was going to be a superstar. Didn’t work out that way.
