You hear about them from time to time.
You either read about it or see them on the news.
I’m talking about the adults in authoritative positions (coach or teacher) who make the biggest mistake in their profession.
Taking advantage of children.
Today I bring you a story from the Lansing State Journal of a guy that has been sentenced to 15-30 years in prison for having sex with one of his students. A statement from the victim.
“I ask you to look at Polston. … A person who is so full of himself he still won’t admit to what he’s done,” she said. “I was a victim, but my past does not define me. … Despite his failure, I will never let Polston drag me to his pathetic level.”
Adults, when are you going to stop being so stupid with your weak-decisions?
If you have a problem, seek help before it’s too late.
This guy lost his wife, his kids, his money, and of course his career.
